I've spent over two decades inside some of the world's leading law firms, working across business development, marketing, client relationship management, and organizational transformation.

That depth means I understand the complexity of law firm operations, the nuances of client relationships, and what it takes to scale.​ Inside Big Law, I built and ran client listening programs that earned industry awards, launched key account management programs, led major rebrands, ran national business development functions, and played leadership roles through two global mergers.​ I've led through reorganizations and major business pivots. I've built programs from scratch and managed relationships worth billions. I know what it takes to execute at the highest levels.​

Today, I bring that experience to fractional leadership roles where I make an immediate impact during critical growth phases and transitions.  

Over the past two years I've held extended senior contract roles spanning both Am Law 100 and high growth legal tech, alongside project work for regional BC firms.

​​I work as a right hand to senior leaders, getting up to speed fast and driving execution across the initiatives that matter most, handling the heavy lifting so leaders have the capacity to meet the demands of their executive leadership. I bring practical AI fluency to the work and specialize in both building and improving processes.
